Hub104 is BACK!!
Hub104 is back on during term time from Friday the 9th September! We're open from 1-2:30pm and youth from S1-S6 are welcome to drop in for a quick chat and a slice of pizza or to come along for the whole time. Please contact Gemma for more information.
What is Hub104?Hub104 is a weekly, free and volunteer-run youth cafe for local secondary school students at Boroughmuir or in the local area. We create a safe, fun and welcoming space for teenagers on Friday afternoons, where anyone of secondary school age can come to relax, socialise, be themselves and play games after a week at school. Bring a little bit of money if you want to buy pizza, milkshake or something from the tuckbar but otherwise entry is free. Each week there's also an opportunity at the end to hear from a leader something about their faith as this is a core part of why we exist.
Hub104 is staffed by a great team of youth workers who are there to chat, join in with activities and encourage young people to reach their potential. |
Information for Parents
Hub104 is an initiative of Kings Church Edinburgh. We're a community of people who love Jesus and want to bless the city of Edinburgh.
Our team are appropriately recruited, trained and supported as they work with young people from our city - including a high standard of good practice, child-protection training, and membership of the PVG scheme. We enjoy working in partnership with parents, local organisations and professionals as we help young people reach their potential. If you would like extra information, please get in touch with our Youth Development Worker, Gemma Morton. |
